The Playgarten Participant Rules and Policies

In consideration for being permitted to participate in activities offered by The PlayGarten, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (“The PlayGarten”), including but not limited to, the use of a playground and toddler space, open turf area, interactive sports wall (i.e. MultiBall), and any other activities (the “Activity” or “Activities”), each visitor to The PlayGarten premises and each participant in the Activities (a “Participant”) agrees to the following Rules and Policies.

  • All participants under 18 years of age must have a waiver on file with The PlayGarten signed by a parent or legal guardian prior to participating in any Activities.

  • Parents / Guardians must be 18 years old or older and must supervise children using the facility or participating in any Activities.

  • Children/Minors must be supervised by a parent/legal guardian or designated adult at all times.

  • It is the responsibility of parents or other accompanying adults to explain the rules of play to children /minors and monitor them closely.

  • No wearing shoes in playground and toddler space; socks are required at all times.

  • No food or drink in the playground and toddler space, MultiBall, or open turf area.

  • No pushing, shoving, wrestling, or rough play.

  • Slides must be entered and descended feet first only.

  • No climbing up or on top of any slide. Participants are required to clear the slide area immediately upon exiting any slide.

  • No climbing on the exterior of the play structure or in any other way than its intended use.

  • No climbing on or over the balcony railing at any time.

  • Balls and play equipment shall remain within the play area at all times.

  • Balls and play equipment shall not be thrown, kicked, or otherwise discharged toward any Participant with excessive force that may cause harm to another Participant.

  • No hitting, bumping, climbing, standing on, or otherwise disrupting arcade machines other than for their intended use.

  • No use of tokens in The PlayGarten arcade machines other than those distributed by The PlayGarten.

  • Pockets should be emptied and all accessories should be removed prior to entering the playground and toddler space, open turf area, and MultiBall play area.

  • Wash hands after eating food and snacks.

  • Participants are not allowed in The PlayGarten if any participant has a fever or contagious medical condition. If a Participant becomes ill or sick, he/she/they must leave the premises promptly.

  • The PlayGarten accepts no responsibility for theft or loss of items. Personal items and money belonging to children/minors should be left with their accompanying adult.

  • No pets are allowed on the premises except guide dogs.

  • Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes is not permitted on our premises, on our outside patio, or within 25 feet of any door (i.e. open garage doors) to The PlayGarten.

  • No Participant shall consume alcohol if Participant intends to participate in the Activities. Adults shall not have any impaired abilities if they enter the Activities area. No alcohol is permitted in the Activities area.

  • Participant shall obey all rules while participating in the Activities and alert the staff of any rules violations or dangerous behavior.

  • If you witness any unsafe play, violent / abusive conduct, dangerous equipment, or other spills or hazards you agree to notify a member of staff immediately.

  • Participant shall discontinue participation in the Activities if Participant feels any unusual discomfort (e.g., faintness, shortness of breath, high anxiety, or chest pains).

  • The PlayGarten may, but shall not be obligated or required to, administer to Participant emergency aid, CPR, and use an AED (defibrillator), secure emergency medical care or transportation (i.e. EMS). Participant shall assume all costs of any emergency medical care and transportation.

  • The PlayGarten, LLC reserves the right to ask those who do not follow the rules to leave.
